We established the Evolution Management Pre-Professional Program in 2016 on the Gold Coast to encourage and develop pre-professional and professional artists for successful employment in the Queensland and International entertainment industry.

This course delves deep into branding, business development, professionalism, networking, personal development, audition technique, casting preparation and submission processes. Masterclass workshops cover performance knowledge and etiquette in aspects of the industry including commercial dance, showgirl and cruise ship-style work.

This program is unique in the way that we work alongside each talent to identify their strengths and their personal zones of genius in a way to build a portfolio aligned with their career goals.
